At Mafia Jacket, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. However, since each jacket is processed with care and may involve custom sizing and production, we have set specific terms for cancellations.
Cancellation Terms
Before proceeding with cancellation, please carefully review the following conditions:
- If an order is cancelled within 3 days of purchase, a 25% deduction will be applied to cover processing and administrative costs.
- If the order is cancelled within 7 days of purchase, a 45% deduction will apply.
- No cancellations will be accepted after 7 days from the date of order confirmation under any circumstances.
- Cancellations are only eligible if the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy applies instead.
