Our Return Policy: 30 Days From Delivery Date
We are committed to offering our customers the most stylish, high-quality, and flawless products. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, does not fit, or arrives damaged, you can initiate the return or exchange process by contacting us via email within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items may be tried on for size and fit, but must be returned in original condition – unworn outside, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, smoke odor, or alterations. All original tags and packaging must be included.
Returns Are Accepted For:
- Incorrect size or fit
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item received
To request a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number at customer_care@mafiajacket.com. Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
This return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Note:
Item Return: It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to receive a refund or exchange. The customer has to pay for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items at MafiaJacket.com.
Refund Time: After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Inspection usually takes 1-2 business days and the refund may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
For Incorrect Sizes:
Make a request to our customer service team for a size exchange within 3 days after the arrival of your ordered product. Email us a few images of the jacket within three days if the size is not as per your ordered size, and you will get an exchange for your jacket.
Order Cancellation:
Before proceeding with cancellation, please carefully review the following conditions:
- If an order is cancelled within 3 days of purchase, a 25% deduction will be applied to cover processing and administrative costs.
- If the order is cancelled within 7 days of purchase, a 45% deduction will apply.
- No cancellations will be accepted after 7 days from the date of order confirmation under any circumstances.
- Cancellations are only eligible if the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy applies instead.
These policies help us manage material usage, labor costs, and backend operations efficiently while continuing to offer premium quality products and service to our customers worldwide.
Damaged Product:
In case of product damage during shipment, please email us images of the product describing the nature of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item at customer_care@mafiajacket.com.
Delay in Delivery:
If the delay in delivery exceeds 29 working days from the time of order confirmation and payment confirmation, a refund may be carried out.
Further, if the consignment does not arrive within 6 working days after shipping confirmation, you may ask us for an order tracking code. If we cannot prove that the consignment was dispatched to you, we will initiate a full refund including shipment charges.
