Order and Shipping Process

At Mafia Jacket, we aim to make every order simple, transparent, and convenient. From placing your order to preparing your jacket and delivering it to your doorstep, we follow a structured process to help ensure quality and a smooth shopping experience.

1. Place Your Order

Browse our collection of jackets and apparel, choose your preferred product and size, and add it to your shopping cart. Enter your shipping information and payment details at checkout, then review your order carefully before submitting it.

2. Order Confirmation

After you place your order, we review the submitted details and send a confirmation email to your registered email address. Please check your inbox and respond if confirmation or additional information is requested. This helps us proceed with the correct order details.

3. Pattern Preparation and Cutting

Once the order details are confirmed, the preparation process begins. For products that require manufacturing, the pattern is prepared and the material is cut according to the selected design and size. Any agreed custom requirements are considered during this stage.

4. Stitching and Assembly

The cut materials are assembled and stitched according to the product design. Care is taken with the fit, construction, and finishing details to help ensure that the jacket matches the selected style and specifications.

5. Quality Check

Before packaging, the finished item undergoes a quality inspection. We check important details such as stitching, construction, closures, and overall appearance to identify any issues that need attention before dispatch.

6. Secure Packaging

After inspection, your order is carefully packed to help protect it during transportation. We prepare the package for shipping so your item can travel safely to the delivery address provided at checkout.

7. Order Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order is ready for shipment, it is handed over for dispatch using the applicable shipping service. Tracking information is provided when available so you can follow your shipment's progress.

8. Delivery to Your Address

Your package is delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, the selected shipping method, customs processing, and the courier service.
