1. Are There Any Hidden Shipping Costs?
No. At MafiaJacket.com we believe in transparent pricing. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $20 applies at checkout. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees. Please note, if you return an item for a change-of-mind exchange, return shipping will be at your own cost.
2. Is There A Money-Back Guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your order is incorrect, defective, or if you do not receive your package at all, you are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Can I Make Changes To My Order After Checkout?
Yes, but you need to be quick. You can request changes to your order (size, color, address) within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at customer_care@mafiajacket.com with your order number. After 12 hours, your order moves to processing and we can no longer modify it.
4. Can I Exchange My Jacket Once I Have Received It?
Yes. You can exchange your Mafia Jacket within 30 days of delivery. You may try it on for size and fit, but the jacket must be in its original condition — unworn outside, unwashed, free from stains, damage, or alterations, with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
5. Do You Have Promo Codes or Offers?
Yes! We run seasonal promotions, holiday sales, and exclusive newsletter offers throughout the year. Just enter your promo code in the discount box at checkout. To never miss a deal, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on our official site.

9. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

11. What If My Shipment Is Lost And I Never Received It?
In the rare event your package is lost in transit and the courier confirms it as lost, we will replace your order free of charge or issue a full refund. If tracking shows the package as delivered but it was stolen after delivery, Mafia Jacket cannot be held responsible.
