- The item is returned in its original condition – unworn outside, unwashed, free from damage, stains, or alterations, with all tags and original packaging intact. You may try it on for size and fit.
- The product is defective, damaged during transit, or significantly not as described.

Refund Timeframe
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
